Dr. Lakhan Bir Meena is a Consultant at the CCCS, MEA working in the Neighbourhood vertical. He is a Doctorate from the Centre for East Asian Studies, SIS, JNU. His thesis is titled as “Juche Ideology and Foreign Relations of North Korea during the Cold War Era: Engaging with the Third World”. He works on foreign policy and its fundamentals. He formerly taught Global Media and politics at the Delhi School of Journalism, DU.
