Jayshree Borah is a Consultant (Research Analyst) working with the Neighbourhood Vertical at Centre for Contemporary China Studies (CCCS), Ministry of External Affairs. She holds a PhD from Shanghai International Studies University. She also has an M.Phil in East Asian Studies, from University of Delhi. She a visiting fellow, at Chinese Language Department, Tezpur University and Institute of Chinese Studies, New Delhi. She also consulted project on China-South Asia at various organizations including Asian Century Foundation. Her work focuses on Chinese Approach to Peace-building in Fragile Countries in South-East Asia.
