Short Bio: Shobhna Kunwar is working as a consultant at Center for Contemporary China Studies, Ministry of External Affairs. Her research areas are global politics of technology and policy and ethical issues of science and technology. She holds bachelor degree in Economics from University of Delhi , Masters in Politics with International Relations as specialization from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), and Doctorate from JNU. She has also been an Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Post-Doctoral Fellow at Center for Science Policy, JNU.
