Moses Lakra is a Senior Research Fellow with the Centre for Contemporary China Studies, Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi. He completed his Advanced Diploma in Chinese Language from Barkatula University in 2008. He is focusing his research on People Liberation Army Air Force.
